At Nurturing Excellence, we believe in a holistic approach to helping families. We provide various resources and support to empower individuals within the family that cultivates nurturing skills, promotes healing, and breaks harmful cycles. We do this through Parent education, CommuniTEA workshops, Doula support, Reiki healing, Soundbaths, Kinstuigi, and Support groups. We make community and parental support accessible while also providing a safe space of healing to survivors of abuse. We envision making impactful change on the trajectory of families and the lives therein for generations to come.
